Spoon Bread (Corn Pudding)

2 beaten eggs

1/4 cup corn meal

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup half and half

2 tablespoons melted butter

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 package frozen creamed corn

1 can chopped mild green chilies

Combine ingredients, pour into a buttered, 8 or 9 inch square tin, bake 30 - 40 minutes at 325 degrees or until brown on top. It doesn’t really “set”, so don’t over cook.
