Roasted Pecans

1 lb of pecan halves

4 Tbsp butter


Tikka Masala spice blend

Preheat oven to 300°F. Put butter in a big metal bowl and stick it in the oven to melt while it's preheating. Add pecans and stir/toss with a spatula until evenly coated. Pour onto baking sheet in 1 layer. Sprinkle with salt, even if you used salted butter, and spices. Cook for 20 minutes total, stirring once halfway through.
