Country Style Pork Spare Ribs
I am only including this as a reminder that this cut exists and is good. My recipe is barely a recipe.
I get these boneless "country style ribs", brown them on the stove top, place in a roasting pan, cover with bottled BBQ sauce and cook in the oven at 350º, covered with foil for 2 hours or so, then take off the foil and cook for another half hour or so. Good with rice and any veggies.
