Chex Mix

1 large box Wheat Chex

1 large box Rice Chex

1 large box Corn Chex

1 bag thin pretzels

1 medium box Cheerios

1 box Kix cereal (not using it lately)

1 bag of Baby Goldfish crackers

1 can of lightly salted peanuts

1 can of lightly salted cashews

Melt together:

1lb. butter

3/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce

2 Tablespoon Lawry’s season salt
(or a bit less... 1 1/2 T)

2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons celery salt

After melted ingredients cool somewhat, mix all in large kitchen garbage bag and roast in large roasting pans in batches at 250° stirring every 15 minutes for about 45 minutes or until dry and toasty. Store in airtight containers.

Note: 225º convection bake is best. It cooks more evenly.

Smaller batch:

2 cups Wheat Chex

2 cups Rice Chex

2 cups Corn Chex

4 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoons celery salt
