Cold Dill Sauce

Serve with cold fish, or add more lemon juice and mayonnaise to use as salad dressing.

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon dried dill

1/8 teaspoon salt

Best with creme fraiche and no mayo. Also great with capers added for serving with salmon.

Mix all, taste for salt. Let it stand in the fridge for a while to pick up the dill flavor.
