Spinach Dip
Spinach dip for Brioche
2 packages frozen spinach, cooked and drained
10 - 12 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 round loaves of good french bread. (This is the Brioche part.)
Combine dip ingredients using a spoon, you don’t need any appliance, taste for salt. When ready to serve, cut a large circle in the top of a loaf of french bread and tear out the center making a bowl out of the loaf. Cut the remains of the bread and the other loaf into cubes and serve immediately.
