1. Cook it "fat" size up -- if the fat layer is overly thick, it may be trimmed.
2. 1/2 cup of water in pan. Add Worcestershire sauce (1-2 TBL), salt, pepper, garlic salt, seasoning salt.
3. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 225 all night.

I did it for 8 hours. It came out great but needed more salt. Next time I will use more Worcestershire and probably the Montreal steak seasoning blend.
