Sandy's Pasta Salad

1 chopped or julienne bell pepper

1 cup chopped raw broccoli florets

1 small can chopped black olives

1 bunch chopped green onions

1 can or 2 small jars sliced artichoke hearts

2 - 3 stalks sliced celery

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

1 thin sliced or julienne carrot

1 cup trimmed whole snow peas

1 cup sliced pepperoni or salami cut in strips

1 tablespoon capers

1 package cooked pasta - rotini, penne or farfalle -- whatever.

Pasta Prima Vinaigrette Salad Dressing (dry mix in an envelope) or make green mayo dressing with lots of vinegar and pepper.

Use vegetables raw, but make bite sized or slice thin. If using pepperoni, just slice. If using salami, slice and then julienne.

If you can’t find the packaged dry dressing, make your own, and make it very piquant, or the flavor will be lost.
