Sandy's Corn Pudding
1 can cream-style corn
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
2 eggs
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
salt and pepper
Beat eggs, add to corn, add flour and seasonings, Bake at 350º for about 1 hour or until toothpick in center comes out clean and soufflé is set. You usually have to double or triple this recipe.
