Beef Bulgogi
My take on Bulgogi. Not the real thing.
1 rib steak, trimmed and sliced as thin as possible (slightly freeze first)
3 tbsp Hoisin sauce
1 green onion chopped
¾ inch ginger grated
2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp sesame seeds
2-3 tbsp sesame oil
dash of red pepper flakes or sriracha if desired
Toss all together and allow to stand (or not if you are impatient) for an hour or more
Add a tbsp of cooking oil to frying pan or wok and cook at high heat until done.
Serve with rice and any added veggie items desired.
