Bulgur Wheat with Peppers

1 cup bulgur wheat

1/2 cup chopped bell pepper

Cooking oil

Water

Heat a teaspoon or two of oil, sauté some chopped green or red pepper in it, add a cup of bulgur wheat and stir it in the oil/pepper until it heats up.

Add about 2 cups of water, turn heat to low until water is absorbed.
