Glazed Pork Tenderloin

6 tablespoons honey

6 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon hot sauce

2 - 3 lb. pork tenderloin

Salt and pepper tenderloin if desired. Mix ingredients and pour over meat in deep skillet or pan. Cook 2 hours on medium low heat, on the stove top. Uncover and cook on low 30 minutes to brown.
