Peanut Sauce

1/2 can coconut milk

Big blob peanut butter

1/2 tsp Sambal Olek

2 T. soy sauce

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp garlic powder

optional: ginger

Heat till smooth, taste frequently

Serve over anything.
