Doner Kebab

1 lb ground lamb

1 teaspoon flour

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Form into a shallow loaf, bake at 350º for an hour and 20 minutes, turning over half way through. When done, wrap in foil and rest 10 minutes before slicing as thin as possible. Serve with pita bread, taziki sauce, sliced tomatoes, cucumber, onion.
