Kale Chips
Preheat the oven to 275° F convection.
Remove the ribs from the kale and cut/tear into bite-size-esque pieces.
Put in a bowl with olive oil and a LITTLE salt. Toss and slightly scrunch the leaves with your hands til well-coated.
Lay on a mesh screen on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake until crisp, about 15 minutes.
Serve as finger food.
