Slice bananas and dip both sides into brown sugar and cinnamon.
Carefully lay out slices into hot buttered frying pan. Watch sugar caramelize as banana slices soften and brown. Get audience, kill the lights, pour-in brandy or rum, light vapors for blue flames.
After flames die out, transfer gooey banana clumps to dishes. Scoop-up caramelized syrup and put back on top of banana piles. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
