Marion's Cheese Snack

This was Marion’s invention. It was something she could make in the microwave– a good thing when living at college, a long way from a kitchen. She has a real passion for melted gruyere cheese. It is totally different when it is hot.

Sliced gruyere or Raclette cheese

Ritz or Triscuit crackers

Slice cheese, place on 7 or 8 crackers on paper

plate, microwave on high for about 10 seconds.

You don’t even really need the crackers.
