Rolled Salami and Cream Cheese
This is such an easy party appetizer. I used to put it in Alex’s school lunch also. It helps to live in San Francisco where you can get really good salami. Boar's Head makes one that is very good called Bianca d'Oro dry salami. If you can get real San Francisco salami, choose any by Molinari or Columbo.
Thin sliced Italian dry salami (large diameter)
Cream cheese
Green onions
Let salami reach room temperature, so it will be easy to roll. Cut and spread cream cheese in a pencil sized line in the center of the slice of salami. Alongside the cream cheese place green onion, sliced into thin strings a little longer than the salami. Roll up and chill before serving.
