Aunt Polly's Potato Bosferous

"Don’t ask."–Clair

2 cans of cream of chicken soup (undiluted)

1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese grated (or more if desired)

1 1/2 small cartons of sour cream

1 stick oleo (melted)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Mix above ingredients in a large bowl.

Add:

1 package of frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)

Place in greased casserole dish.

Sprinkle over the top:

2 cups of corn flakes

1/2 stick of oleo (melted)

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
