Potstickers

3/4 lb. ground pork

1/4 c. chopped green pepper

1/4 c. chopped green onion

1 T grated fresh ginger

pinch red pepper

1 1/2 teasp. mustard

1 1/2 T. brown sugar

3 teasp. ketchup

3 T Worcestershire

1 teasp. salt

1 teasp. toasted sesame oil

peanut oil, chicken stock 1 -2 cans.

60-80 wonton wrappers

Brush hot pan with oil, fry 2 minutes, add chicken stock about a 1/8 - 1/4 cup, cover and cook 2 more minutes. Potstickers should let go.

Serve with ponzu sauce (Mirin, soy sauce, green onions) or other soy based sauce.
