Mix all the the meatloaf ingredients together in a large bowl. Form loaf in a small pan (approximately 9”x5”, but anything close will do). Mix sauce ingredients together in a separate bowl. Bake at 350º for 1.5 hours to 1.75 hours. This dish is excellent warm or cold.
