Artichoke Dip

Polly is Sara’s daughter-in-law. Sara says this is great
also made with canned asparagus.

1 can artichokes, cut up small

1 cup mayonnaise - even no fat works
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Mix it up, put it in a fancy or plain casserole, bake for a half hour at 375º.

Serve it to raves! With crackers.


Note: You can also add one of those little cans of chopped green chilies (drained) for color. They’re not really hot.
