Deviled Crab

3/4 lb. crab (fresh)

2 small onions chopped fine

2 - 3 raw eggs

2 hard boiled eggs chopped

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon Coleman’s dry mustard

1/4 lb. butter

2 cups dried bread crumbled

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chopped Italian parsley

Put in buttered scallop shells or ramekins.

Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes.
