Crab or Shrimp Salad

This really needs ripe tomatoes.

2 cans shrimp or small bag frozen, cooked shrimp or equivalent crab meat, real or ersatz

1 small container cottage cheese

about 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise

3 - 4 ripe tomatoes, seeded, bite size pieces

1 teaspoon dry dill, 1 teaspoon celery salt or ground celery seed

2 - 3 green onions, chopped

3 - 4 tablespoons chopped parsley

freshly ground pepper

Drain shrimp if necessary. Combine with other ingredients. Chill.
