Chicken or Pork Salad Sandwich

Try different herbs, leave out raisins, add mustard. This is a great way to use leftover pork roast.

2 cups cubed, cooked chicken or pork roast

1/2 cup golden raisins

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup chopped celery

1 chopped green onion

3 tablespoons chopped parsley
