Roast Tenderloin of Beef

1 beef tenderloin (2 - 5 lbs.)
1 tablespoon garlic or garlic powder
2 cups Burgundy
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning

Mix all ingredients and marinade meat overnight. Bake in shallow roasting pan at 425 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 130 (rare) 140 (medium rare) or 150 (medium).
