Samurai Steak Sauce

Carol tried various threats and bribes to get the recipe for the pink shrimp sauce*, but they wouldn’t part with it. So they gave her the recipe for the steak sauce instead, just to make her go away.

2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoon sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons dry mustard
1 1/2 cups soy sauce
6 tablespoons vegetable oil

Use your food processor with a steel blade. With machine running drop the garlic then onion through the tube and finely chop. Add sesame seeds, sugar and dry mustard and process for one minute.

Pour into glass jar and let stand 24 hours. Refrigerate after that.
Serve with stir-fried beef.

Research says that the only ingredients in the pink sauce are mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic powder, paprika and sugar. If I work out the quantities, I will update this.
