This is the basic dip recipe for our family. I serve it with caviar, smoked salmon, corn chips and fresh vegetable platters. It's good as a sandwich spread too. 1 8-ounce package of cream cheese about 1 teaspoon of anchovy paste about 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce about 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Up to about 1/4 cup heavy cream 2 chopped green onions Whip the cream cheese with electric mixer, adding cream to get the right consistency, then add all other ingredients except green onions.
