Lon says the quantities for most of this are not specific, but it is great. Butter Scallions Fresh tomatoes Fresh chopped basil Olive oil Balsamic vinegar Slivered almonds Fresh garlic -minced fine Fresh mushrooms chopped (optional) Small amount of tomato or spaghetti sauce (optional) Chop tomatoes, scallions and basil. Add olive oil and vinegar. (2 parts vinegar to 1 part oil) Sauté almonds in butter (do NOT scorch). Add garlic and continue to sauté. In a separate pan, sauté mushrooms. Add all other ingredients (except almonds) to warm up. Serve sauce onto pasta and then spoon on desired amount of almonds. -Lonny |
