Edamame

Sushi
restaurants serve this vegetable-fresh soybeans in the pod. I like
them salty.
1 lb. package frozen endamame available at Asian food stores
3 tablespoons or so salt
Boil until tender - 5 to 6 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold running
water to cool. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Eat the beans
with fingers, discard pods.
