Basic Bulgur Wheat
Good, healthy side dish.
1 cup bulgur wheat
1 cup boiling chicken broth
2 chopped green onions
In a medium saucepan, boil stock, add bulgur wheat, turn off heat, cover and let sit 30 minutes. Stir in chopped onion and serve.
