Beer Batter for Fish |
Fish of choice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 twelve-pack of Corona
1 cup of flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
Instructions:
Mix all of the ingredients (except beer) thoroughly.
Add 1 bottle of beer (rest is for you to drink while you wait 30
minutes)
Soak fish in batter for 30 minutes.
Fry fish in hot oil until golden brown and done.
