Sauce
for Stone Crab |
1 tablespoon plus 1/2 teaspoon Coleman’s dry mustard
1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon “A -1” Sauce
2 tablespoons each of heavy cream and milk
Pinch of salt
Place mustard
in a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise and mix for a minute. Add remaining
ingredients and beat until well-blended and creamy. Cover and chill.
Makes about 1 cup.

I use this
recipe which is commonly what is offered in restaurants to go with
stone crab.
2:1 ratio of
sour cream to ordinary dijon mustard.
