Cold
Dill Sauce |
Serve with cold fish, or add more lemon juice and mayonnaise
to use as salad dressing.
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
A little cream to thin out sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix all, taste for salt. Let it stand in the fridge for a while
to pick up the dill flavor.
