Cheddar Cheese Sauce


Good on steamed broccoli, leeks, etc.

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup half and half
Salt
Dash Tabasco
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Make a cream sauce by melting the butter, add flour cook until foamy, add cream and seasonings then cheese.
