Spinach
Salad Dressing
|
juice of 2 limes
2 - 3 tablespoons salad oil or light olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove minced garlic
Serve over fresh spinach with mushrooms, minced hard boiled egg
and bacon bits.
