Cajun Chicken Salad


3⁄4 pound chicken pieces cooked
3⁄4 pound spiral pasta cooked and drained
1⁄2 green pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
2 cups pineapple chunks (drained if you use canned)
1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
11⁄2 teaspoon Lawry’s season salt
1 cup mayonnaise
11⁄2 to 3 tablespoon Cajun Meat Magic (Paul Prudhomme) The label says it contains salt, herbs, spices, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic and paprika. So if you don’t have this you’ll have to guess at the herbs and spices.

Combine all ingredients and enjoy.
