Fruit Cobbler |
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 cups fruit - fresh, canned, frozen–whatever
Melt butter in rectangular pan. Mix flour, sugar, milk and baking
powder and pour into pan. Put fruit on top of batter. (Spread it
around.) Bake for 45 minutes to an hour at 375º. Eat! Great with
ice cream.
