Apricot
Chicken |
Skinless chicken - legs and thighs with bone (how much depends on
how many servings you want)
One package of Lipton Onion Soup mix
One large jar of apricot preserves
One bottle of Red Russian salad dressing (my mom uses Wishbone)
Mix all three items above in a bowl until completely blended. Preheat
oven to 350 degrees.
Place chicken in a baking dish. Cover the chicken completely with
the sauce. Every piece must be covered. Cover baking dish tightly
with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
Remove foil and baste every 10-15 minutes for 30 minutes. Let stand
for a few minutes and serve.
