Meatballs |
1 lb. ground round
1 chopped onion
1/3 cup Minute Rice
1/4 to 1/2 cup cold water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard (Coleman’s)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 can tomato sauce
Mix first 7 ingredients together. Form into small balls. Brown in
a frying pan. Add one can tomato sauce and simmer 30 minutes.
